Tracy Bunting-Early, PhD, CHCP, CMPP
Executive Director
A former molecular biologist, Tracy Bunting-Early, PhD has spent the past nearly 20 years developing communication projects aimed at the healthcare professional audience, from market research analysis to peer-reviewed publications on complex medical research topics. She has a keen understanding of the healthcare and therapeutic industries as well as a diverse exposure to clinical research. She brings to Outcomes Positive, a genuine respect for all stakeholders, strategic motivation, and empathy for clinicians and patients.
Dr. Bunting-Early has been an independent business owner since 2001 primarily serving medical communications agencies and pharmaceutical-biologic-device companies. She frequently shares her experience within national industry societies.
She obtained her PhD from Rutgers, The State University in molecular biology and her BS in biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Alexandra Howson, MA, PhD, CHCP
Secretary
As owner and director of Thistle Editorial, LLC, Alexandra Howson, MA, PhD, CHCP is responsible for creating continuing education content to support adult learning and behavior change in healthcare. Initially trained in Scotland as a Registered General Nurse, Dr. Howson is an experienced educator (Universities of Edinburgh, Aberdeen, and UC Berkeley Extension), a medical sociologist with an international peer reviewed publication record (in journals such as Social Science and Medicine and Journal of Clinical Oncology), and an author of several books, including widely used university texts. In 2013, Polity Press published a 2nd edition of her book, The Body in Society. Dr. Howson develops high caliber, evidence-based content and conducts qualitative research to support healthcare education and change initiatives for medical specialty societies, medical education providers, and healthcare research and advocacy organizations.
Rosemary Mesisca Bloser, MBA

As Managing Partner at Enterprise Learning Solutions Inc, Rosemary Bloser is responsible for new business development and design, development and implementation of customized learning solutions for global organizations. She assesses industry trends and links cutting edge research and faculty thought leadership with practical educational experiences. Rosemary works with clients to understand their business challenges, design curriculum to address those challenges, and create a learning experience with impact on the organization’s strategic priorities.
Prior to joining ELS, Rosemary was Practice Leader for the Wharton School’s Executive Education group where she and her team were responsible for a portfolio focused on health care and emerging markets. Formerly, she was Managing Director for Health Care Management Executive Education at Penn’s Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics, where she customized executive development programs and was in charge of budgeting, operations, human resources and strategic planning. Prior to her work in LDI, Rosemary spent over a decade in clinical and research administration, most recently with the University of Pennsylvania Health System as the Clinical Department Administrator for General Internal Medicine and Thomas Jefferson University Medical College as the Director of Financial Operations for the Department of Medicine.
Rosemary has worked with clients including GlaxoSmithKline, Havas, Johnson & Johnson, Citi, RedSun, Novartis, Rongsheng, UnitedHealthGroup and Novo Nordisk. She earned her MBA (concentration Information Systems) cum laude from Rutgers University and holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
